In this picture we have a 70s iteration of the old damsel on the slab theme, with Airhead Man and Wonder Breasts Girl (her warheads really were warheads!) very securely secured to a slab while a pointy-haired boss menaces them with a wall full of technology.
Airhead Man is embarrassed because it's all his fault they're captives, being an airhead. (That's what the H on his forehead means -- stands for Hydrogen, which is what his head is full of.) Wonder Breasts Girl is just hoping her implants don't explode as Silver Surfer and Dr. Strange are shooting rays capable of doing who knows what all over the place.
It's typical of what you find in the 70s, in a "I can't believe people don't know we're just making this stuff up between hits of primo mescalino and blotter acid" sort of way.
