This image doesn't bring forth any new principles on what a slavegirl should look like, but it sure as hell illustrates it beautifully. I've been watching a lot of old Italian sword and sandal movies lately and this image would fit PERFECTLY into most of them. (The ballgag is a little much, perhaps, but it's not like Italian sword and sandal movies are all that into verisimilitude, historical or otherwise. For example, one I've seen recently is entitled "Hercules and the Masked Rider," the masked rider being none other than a Zorro clone.)

It's the rough wood and rope bondage the slavegirl is being subjected to combined with her total nudity and the rural outdoor setting that make the image really work. I can totally see a group of travellers in a modern sword and sandal or sword and sorcery flick encountering a scene like this as they travel down the road. Hell, it would even work for one of the old Italian sword and sorcery flicks if the women were clothed.

But somehow, I prefer this more modern version.
